Wonderful 3 Loft with large concrete plans Open Floor
Concrete, an open floor plan and lots of space define these three beautiful spaces and demonstrate loft does not always have to be cold and sad. displayed by Denis Bespalov, this loft uses yellow sun to add a pop of color to the space. Concrete walls and floors are heated by natural wood cabinets in the kitchen and shelves. 
The Kitchen Bar sits perfectly behind the yellow couch. This makes watching TV while grabbing breakfast is an easy task. A project like this also indicates several areas of life in a large space. 
Keeping the wide and open things, the kitchen shelving is designed without cabinet doors. You can see the different items displayed artfully. The designers carefully done so that there was pop Mixed yellow. The back of the cabinet is also painted black to match the rest of the loft. 
Black painted walls can sometimes be too dramatic and dark. In this house, the hosts have the luxury of chalk paint! This funny accent adds life to the dark walls, while still trying industrial chic. 
The white metal stools lighten up the room and are great against the black walls. A tasty breakfast is ready to be enjoyed in this floating bar. In the background you can see the blackboard in use. 
A large kitchen window allows plenty of natural light. The light wood of the cabinets appears organic and matches the rest of the raw feel of the space. Some stainless steel accents are kept out for visual interest.

In order not to break up the darkness of the walls of the stores have been painted completely. This makes them difficult to notice and does't stop drawing.

This loft is the best friend graduation. white walls combine wooden floors and exposed concrete. 
One of the accents one-of-a-kind in this loft is the tubular lamp over the table and chairs. Joining in, still standing outside, this light works well in this space. 
A sunroom off the kitchen welcomes natural light, but remains within the same color scheme as the rest of the house. With not close off this space, more light can flood the large living area. 
The kitchen island works in contrast to the rest of the furniture. The hob is modern and industrial waste makes a statement in the house. treatment of gray large window makes the loft feel more experienced. 
From this point of view in the kitchen looking towards the dining space and living room, the drain lines and the TV. This makes a play of lines and visually brings the room together in an interesting way. 
A rough backsplash of this loft breaks the monotony of the wood grain cabinets. The upstream light conditions makes it even more obvious.

This dramatic house has special accents that make customized it for the hosts. Instead of using traditional brick dimensioned to exposed walls, the brick is elongated. This adds an interesting texture staying.

The wood table is a natural element invited in the otherwise industrial loft. The table is simple, but modern. gray upholstered chairs and a table candle bring it together. 
Various seating options help define the different areas of life in this loft. The sofas are where the living space can be, the dining table set apart from the dining space and the kitchen island lets you know you're getting into the space for preparing food. 
The lights reflecting off the chandeliers hanging draw eyes upward. The reflection of light on the concrete adds more texture to the room. 
The kitchen is well appointed with lots of cabinet space and counter space. Instead of being naked, the designer left off three jars filled with food ingredients. This makes the space feel more inviting. 
Candlesticks are an interesting idea in this space. This light reflects an older time and thus contrasts with the modernity of the recovered loft. 
One of our favorite rooms in all 3 loft, this bedroom is the perfect blend of masculine and feminine. The chandeliers are light and elegant, while the brick elongated view feels more rustic. 
a soft sofa is placed at the end of the bed for additional seating. The TV is builtin closet while surrounding. 
Scanning a little 'later in this picture, you can see a painting added to the right wall. This breaks the brick design and adds more shape to the room. 
The entrance of this house is simple, but exaggerated. You can see that the table is lit with more blacks pendants. This welcomes guests and lets them know that this space is different. 
The plan of three home is a great way to get a feel for the space. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large entrance.
